You and the time!

I believe the following lines are from Sri Nanduri Ramakrishnamacharya Garu!
He composed Padyam so easily like some people talk!
For him Padyam was a form of talking perhaps!

మనిషి గోళ్లు గిల్లుకొనుచు కూర్చున్నచో
బతుకునందు తుప్పు పట్ట వచ్చు
మనుషులందరిలోన పని చేయు వానికే
అన్ని మంచి ఫలములందుచుండు

NRK says you will perhaps rust if you sit idle.
He says that in this world good results are for people who work!

బతుకునందు తరుచు గతకాలమును గూర్చి
తలుచుకొనిన ముసలితనము వచ్చు
బతుకునందు తరుచు భావికాలము గూర్చి
తలుచుకొనిన పడుచుతనము వచ్చు

He says, if you keep thinking about the past forever, you would grow old quickly!
Rather if you think of the future, you would grow young!

The following are my lines!
I don't know when i did them.
I found them today in some old papers.

పాడుబడ్డ బాయి లోపల
నాచు నీచులు పెరుగుతాయి
పాతనీళ్లు తోడి పోస్తే
కొత్త నీళ్లు ఊరుతాయి

In an abandoned well scum and filth accumulates!
If you remove the old water, there would be new water!

లోకమంతా కొత్త బాటలు
ఏకమయి వెతుకుతూ ఉంటే
ఆగమయి నిలబడితిమంటే
ఆడనే మనముండి పోతము

When all the world is pursuing newer ways,
if you stay put where you are, you would remain there only!

నిత్యమూ ఒక కొత్త దినమూ
నిత్యమూ ఒక కొత్త బతుకు
నిత్యమూ ఒక కొత్త పాఠము
సత్యమేదో నేర్చుకుంటము
నిత్యమంతా నిమ్మళంగా
భయము లేక బతుకుతుంటము

Each day is a new day!
Each day it is new life!
Each day there is a new lesson to learn!
Each day there is a new truth to know!

Then we would live each day calmly without fear!!
