One shuld know the right words to get the right reaction.
Here is a story to illustrate the point.
తెలివి, తేడా!
ఈ కథను రోమ్‌లో ఎక్కువగా చెపుతుంటారట!
నియంత ముస్సోలినీ చనిపోయి స్వర్గం చేరాడు.
అక్కడ నెపోలియన్ ఎదురయి పలకరించాడు. (అతను కూడా ఒక నియంతే!) -‘దేవుడు ఇటుగా వస్తున్నాడట. నువ్వు కొత్తగా వచ్చావు కాబట్టి చెబుతున్నాను. ఆయన రాగానే మనం లేచి నమస్కరించడం ఆచారం!’ అన్నాడు నెపోలియన్.
‘నేనా? లేవడమా? నేనెవరినో తెలిసే చెబుతున్నావా?’ అన్నాడు ముస్సోలినీ.
‘అవునయ్యా నేనూ నీ అంతవాడినే! కానీ ఇక్కడ ఆచారాలున్నాయి!’ నెపోలియన్ అన్నాడు.
‘నేను పట్టించుకోను!’ అన్నాడు ముస్సోలిని.
వాదం రేగింది. ఇంతలో మెకియవెల్లి ప్రవేశించాడు
‘శాంతించండి మిత్రులారా! నేను సర్దుతాను అంతా!’ అన్నాడతను.
దేవుడుగారు వచ్చే అలికిడి తెలిసింది. ‘అదుగో! ఫోటోగ్రాఫర్ వస్తున్నాడు!’
అన్నాడు మెకియవెల్లి. ముస్సోలిని వెంటనే లేచి సర్దుకుని నిటారుగా నిలబడ్డాడు!

అసలు మాట
విజయం అన్నది ఒక నిచ్చెనయితే, దాన్ని సులభంగా ఎక్కగలగడం మేనేజ్‌మెంట్.
ఇంతకూ నిచ్చెన సరయిన గోడకు వేసి ఉందా? గుర్తించగలగడం నాయకత్వం!

ఒక పెద్దాయన అందరిలో కూచుని మంచి జోకు చెప్పారు. అందరూ పగలబడి నవ్వారు. కాసేపయినాక ఆయన అదేజోకు మళ్లీ చెప్పారు. మొహమాటానికి కొందరు నవ్వారు. మరి కాసేపయ్యాక ఆయన మళ్లీ అదే జోకు చెప్పారు. కొందరు మొహం ముడుచుకున్నారు. ఎవరూ నవ్వలేదు! ‘ఒకే జోకు విని మళ్లీ, మళ్లీ నవ్వడం ఎవరికీ ఇష్టం ఉండదు గదా! మరి మనుషులంతా ఒకే విషయానికి మళ్లీ, మళ్లీ ఏడుస్తారెందుకో?’ అని ఆయన వెళ్లిపోయారు.
Mussolini, the dictator reached heaven.
Napolean accosted him and greeted there.
After all even he too was a dictator.
"God is coming this way. Since you are new here, I am telling you. Here it is customary that we get up and greet him." said Napolean.
"You know who I am?' asked Mussolini in anger.
'So what? Even Ia m a dictator! But, here we have some practices." said Napolean again.
'I dont care!' said Mussolini.
They were arguing when Machiavelli came there.
"Peace Freinds! I shall look after that!" said he.
God was coming and the commotion was known.
"Here comes the photographer!' said the old man.
Mussolini stood up erect and was ready for the snap!
That is how you deal with people!!
